PRELIMINARY Route, Staging and Festival Changes - Parade begins on Ben Franklin Parkway at 21st Street - heads towards the Art Museum. Festival to be at Eakins Oval. Staging Info to be announced. All parade participants will still need to enter via 30th Street Station to JFK Blvd for Security Scanning. More information to follow
